Spacious 400-650sq ft rooms with a private deck. Ideal for the independent corporate traveler, the seasonal contractor or a multiple-generation family One bed per room, either Queen or King. Maximum occupancy 2 guests, 4 guests maximum for the ones with a sofa bed.

The contemporary urban oasis offers 800-1100 square feet of living space and a private balcony. With top-floor views of the river, city, or mountains, it is perfect for a comfortable stay. Each unit features 2 beds, 1 queen and 1 king, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
the penthouse
The Place In Town is a luxurious 1100 sq ft suite with a spacious 500 sq ft wrap-around balcony offering plenty of light and stunning views. It features two separate king bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and soaker tub, a full kitchen, and a breakfast island.
